If you already have your plans completed, we will provide you with an estimate for your entire package, including beams, connections, finishes and assembly. If your plans are not complete - we will work closely with architects, designers, engineers and contractors. Our team of professionals are available to help you turn your ideas into a design which suits your needs and budget.
Structurlam offers value-added services to help ensure your project is successful. These include:
- Budgeting – we will take your preliminary design and provide you or your Quantity Surveyor a cost estimate for budgeting purposes
- Design – our 45+ years of experience in heavy timber are available for advice on design, connectors, species and finishing
- Assembly – if it is more efficient we will assemble components (e.g. trusses) in our shop prior to shipping
- Installation – we provide complete design, supply and install services for your project. Our crews are experienced in the erection of heavy timber structures
Once you have partnered with Structurlam on a project, a dedicated Project Coordinator will be assigned to facilitate the process from drafting and design through to delivery and installation on site. Our Project Coordinators will work with you to provide scheduling, production planning, shipping logistics, and project management services. As the primary point of contact, our Project Coordinators will work with you and your team to ensure the best outcome for the project in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.
