The recruitment journey

If you want to get involved in shaping the future of building practices in North America, we encourage you to take a look at our current job opportunities. Here is a quick snapshot of what to expect if you do decide to apply:

  1. Apply to a posting. “Job family” postings often have many similar positions. You only need to submit one application per job family.
  2. Get sorted. All applicants who pass our initial review will receive a short quiz to help determine which positions are a fit. Applications are then be sent to our hiring managers for review.
  3. Pre-screen. All shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a brief pre-screen.
  4. Final interview. All candidates shortlisted from the pre-screen will be asked to undergo a final interview via video or in person.
  5. Background checks. We require all new hires to successfully pass reference, credit, drug and alcohol, and criminal record checks. We are a clean crew of professionals.
  6. Onboarding. Orientation begins within the first two weeks of starting.
