This saves precious time and money on-site because the installation process becomes more efficient. Since the 1990s, Structurlam has been leveraging state-of-the-art 3D modelling software to virtually construct each building before it is produced.

Assembled from prefabricated Structurlam GlulamPlus beams and columns and CrossLam CLT panels, Portland is leading the mass timber evolution in the USA.

Quincy is currently home to California's first full cross-laminated timber building. CLT has also been implemented in buildings across the state as roof or floor systems.
