CLT, Glulam Deliver Strength, Low Profile and Aesthetics for BC Office Building

Faction Projects Building

August 10, 2014News

APA has written a compelling case study outlining the benefits of using cross laminated timber (CLT) combined with glulam to construct a new office building for Faction Projects in Kelowna, BC. Faction Projects is no stranger to using CLT. The firm built the Mica Heli Ski Lodge in the backcountry of the Monashee Mountains using a combination of CLT and glulam. The results were spectacular. The new building for Faction Projects is just as spectacular and showcases the use of wood in office and commercial buildings.
