Glulam Used in World Class Trades & Technology Complex at SAIT

October 15, 2013 – Students in the Trades and Technology programs at SAIT started their new school year in a 162,000 square foot learning space that featured curved glulam beams. More and more academic institutions are designing learning spaces that incorporate wood because of the warm and enriching learning environments they create. SAIT students get to see firsthand the materials they will be working with both in class and later in the industry.
